How to file a complaint against a physician who forceable retracts an infant's foreskin

The Enforcement Section in the Health Professions Division of the State of Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs accepts written complaints against licensed health care professionals, gathers preliminary information, and determines whether investigations of the allegations should be authorized. These writtten complaints will encourage the targeted healthcare provider to do his or her own research about the standard of care regarding an intact boy. Include written statements from American Academy of Pediatrics website that states an infant's foreskin should not be forceably retracted.
